Refund policy

At NasoLight, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities.

Because NasoLight is a personal-use hygiene device, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped.


No Returns or Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety regulations:

  • Delivered products cannot be returned
  • Used products cannot be returned
  • We do not offer refunds for delivered orders
  • We do not accept exchanges for personal-use devices

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at nasolight.support@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • description of the problem

Our team will review the case and provide assistance where applicable.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
